2 Very doable:

- Please add an Augmentation that let's you shoot more precise.
It's extremely annoying to see 7 lasers all miss at the same time
- Function keys (F1, F2, F3...) to select crewmembers. I love to micromanage, and that would help me a lot

1 Not so doable:

Ship layout customization!

It's not that your shots missed, it's that the enemy dodged.
Take out their helm or engines and you'll hit 100% of the time.

Given that, an augment to increase your accuracy wouldn't make much sense. Or though maybe there could be a "nav-jammer" or something that would decrease the enemy's dodge chance.

Correct, the problem is that when you have to fire for 4 damage, and the enemy has 3 shield, either you hit all the shots or you can't do damage

Upgrade your guns, start using Bombs or Missiles to wreck cockpits (Shields need not apply,) or teleport a pissed-off Mantis Man and Rockman into their cockpit. Problem solved!
