I was wondering if anyone has unlocked all the ships, and if so, whether anyone would be willing to upload their profile. I've been playing non-stop for the whole day so far, and want to try out the rest of the ships, thanks in advance.
I do realise that this subtracts from the main fun of unlocking the ships, but I have terrible luck with unlocks, and want to experiment with the later ships.

On another note, does anyone know how to edit the profile save to add ships?

You can find the file path in the sticky topic in this forum.

Using a binary editor to edit the prof.sav (Back up first!), find the following section:

Those 9 "00 00 00 01"s are ship unlocks. Changing the respective 00 to 01 will unlock the ship.

Do you also know which lines unlock the variants, or do I just change the rows of ....s to the achievement name?

i'm curious about the variants question myself.

Right now i'm mostly having trouble with the rock type b, I've run into solar flares with invaders loads of time, and beat them to death, but i never seem to get it.
