So i had it multiple times that i found a very old ship and was able to get it's sensors (i think) or some weapons and scrap.
When i did this i got an augmentation, saying maybe the sensors can be repaired somehow.
Now this happened in the last sector before last stand and a shop did not work, so does anyone know where to repair that sensor?

No idea, but I'd love to find that derelict.

I think it was a Stasis pod you found. An encounter in Zoltan space is necessary to open it.

The second event can happen in both Zoltan and Engi spaces. It's quite possible to open the Stasis Pod in the same sector you find it.
