0.12.8.15 Update - Secret Sector and bug fixing

Some of the final additions to the game. It's really wrapping up now, as you might have seen from our September 14th release date announcement. Put your bug hunting skills into overtime guys
Features:
-Secret Sector added along with the new alien race, unique weapons, enemy ships, and player ship (and achievements and alt layout) that come with it
-Control overview screen accessible from in game menu
Tuning:
-Requested shortened versions of crew names added (if your name is in the game as a $100 backer and you have a preferred way to shorten it for the left UI crew boxes, please email me and I'll fix it)
-Save files for Windows moved to (My )Documents/My Games to allow for multiuser use and ease of finding/backing up
Bugs:
-Alien race rarity per sector was sometimes broken, fixed now.
-Music will no longer randomly stop playing (and print error code 14 in stdout)
-Drones will no longer receive experience
-AI Boarding Drones will properly attack after being de-powered and re-powered
-Beams wouldn't render properly if more than one was piercing a shield
-"Avast, ye scurvey dogs" Achievement should always work now
-Crew tooltips for health will work on enemy ship
-Numerous text grammar errors fixed
-Fixed: Some ships incorrectly started with 2 powered cloaking when purchasing it
-Boss Jumping Warning will now display within the beacon map to make sure that's clear
