Did you buy it off GOG or Steam? Steam should automatically sync your purchases, idk about GOG.

Yes, you did, as all purchases from ftlgame.com run through humble bundle.

Cathulhu is correct. I also bought the game from the web site a couple of weeks after release, here's the email I have:

- Title/Subject: Thanks for purchasing FTL: Faster Than Light
If you cannot find such a mail in your mail archives, you can try to use the Humble Store Key Resender. Make sure you use the same email address you used when you bought the game. Here's the address of the Key Resender:
