[Suggestion] Ship Preparation before starting game

I was wondering it would be a nice gimmicky feature to be able to move your crew members and reorder any weapons before you started the game. The benefit of this would be that it could save your ship preference and weapon order for each game you play on that save.
I often forget to position my crew members after the first couple of battles so this would help me, but anyone who is fiddly about hotkeys and wants a weapon on a certain spot from game start or want a certain ship would benefit from this too.
As another addition, the crew members names and ship names could be saved also, as long as it's possible to switch back to the default ship name and randomise crew members' names.
