[Suggestion] Better Crew Customization

I humbly submit these 2 requests:

More character skins- This would be helpful when selecting crew members during the action. I know there are "F" keys assigned to crew members, but different colours would add both functionality and esthetic.

Renaming new crew members- I find it jarring to have my Rock named Thomas Jones. I know these are contributor names, but, for immersion sake, either limit them to human players or let us rename.

Thank you otherwise. I've been enjoying the game greatly.

Yeah I'd like to see alternate sprites for the other races. Thing is, they'd have to strike a balance between looking distinct enough for customization while also being easy enough to tell players at a glance "okay that's an Engi".

I think a simple colour palette addition would be sufficient. Mantis that come in light green, dark green, and a light/dark striping, or something along those lines. Their body outlines should be more than enough to distinguish them from the other sprites.

Yeah, that would be great. Yellowish Green, Dark Green and some stripes in addition to the current sprite.

Engi could possibly be darker, Rocks can have specks on them, and slugs can be more orange or red. Crystals can be (Rarely) red (Not configurable), and zoltan can be more orange.
