Is there a list of no-win random events anywhere?

Many of the events in this game seem to be very likely to give you a bad result, and I've never gotten anything really good from any of them. Is there a way to find out the chances of each outcome for all the events? I wonder if I should just ignore any event that allows me to ignore it. Every time I get curious I get burned, and I mean every time.

Theres the "Horse-people" event. If you choose to sell them, either a person dies or nothing happens. Just be peaceful, you can get a free engie and supplies.
