Cannot open doors?! (WITH the system working.)

So tonight me and my friends were playing an FTL run with the Red Tail. (This bug also appeared once before with the Kestrel.) All is well until we encounter a Sun, with accompanying Rock boarders. Wonderful. In typical captain fashion, I began ordering my crew out of the besieged rooms and began venting them just as the solar flares started to hit. At this point I discovered I could no-longer manually control my doors. I could use the lower right buttons to open them all, and close them all, and I had NO damage to my doors. Nonetheless, I simply could not click on the doors to open/close them, the icon for opening them wasn't even given. I had level 3 Doors, and died because I couldn't vent to kill the fires. :/ Please fix?
