You should post your questions in a new topic in the Mod Development forum. The Master Mod List is not the appropriate place for mod development problems.
Your problem is almost certainly a typo, blueprints are very sensitive to typos.

You have to create a new topic, devoted to your issue.
When browsing a forum section, there are two Newtopic buttons, one near the top, and another one near the bottom of the page. Use them.
