I have given admin permission to this program and tried everything (Including both Save... and Save As...) and yet it won't save my Death Star D: Any advice?
EDIT: It claims it has saved and appears in the browse window but when I copy it out it says File Not At Position Anymore. Any help, I can only see it in the browse window nowhere else.

Well, good to know that at least I don't have to do anything to get this problem to fix itself :P
solunareclipse1 wrote:If possible, could you make editors for other things too? Like maybe weapons? (Yeah I know I'm lazy  )
Not very likely, developing an application like this takes quite a lot of time, which I don't have as much of nowadays as I did back when I started out here -- on top of college, I'm currently occupied helping out Sleeper Service with his project.

Pretty weird. Where are you trying to save it to? If it's Program Files (eg. Steam's / FTL's installation directory), then that might sometimes not work, as contents of that folder are sometimes protected from writing. Try saving to desktop instead.
(Although that doesn't make much sense, since if that were the case, then the save procedure should've failed, and SMM wouldn't work, either...)
It might also be caused by Window's explorer not detecting that a file has been created, not refreshing itself properly. You can force it to refresh by hitting F5.

-snip-

If it shows up again I'll say something. Also, didn't know you had so much stuff going on. Sorry if i offended / annoyed you

Anyway, now that I am using CE, there is a new problem. If i want to edit any of the CE default loadouts for ships, the artillery seems to enjoy teleporting itself to the corner of the ship's boundaries (origin). Seems to not do it as often on the Federation cruisers though, probably cuz they are supposed to have artillery

anyway, I'm using data as i don't have wifi right now, so this is all i have time for currently.

I have managed (before reading this) to fix it, it was a silly mistake where I simply forgot to give it admin permissions. I have now made the star killer base from Star Wars The Force Awakens. Thanks

How is that a spoiler? It's like saying that someone made the Death Star or an X-Wing.

I've run into a problem with Zoltan Shield and Zoltan Shield Overchargers. Whenever I give a ship both Zoltan Shield and the drones, the Zoltan Shield augment will be in my supplies but there's no Zoltan Shield surrounding the ship... and when I turn the drones on they'll activate, then just as they're supposed to spawn the Zoltan Shield the game shuts down on me. I'm using a Shield+ if that has anything to do with it. If you want screenshots for anything let me know.

Sounds more like a bug with FTL itself / the specific mod you're using. You might have more luck by posting a new thread instead.
