"Please be ready to depart in one hour," Jake said. He gave Eden the Robin and New ships comm frequencies. "We will deal with our problems, you deal with yours. We are outta here in one hour." He walked away, without waiting for a reply. Throughout the whole conversation, he hadn't let go of his gun.

Bren shook his head, "Sorry Gordan, but I'd rather not have you on board" he said

Gordan frowned at this but nodded his head

"Alright then, well guess take this" he said passing him the tool kit (Augment gain, Tool Kit, can now install weapons and upgrade systems at a peaceful node)

Bren took it shook his hand and walked back to the ship, returning to the captains chair

"So wonder where to go next...guess directly to the abandoned quadrent on his galaxy and to the rebel's sector there...yeah best bet I suppose" he muttered

"You said we could call you if we needed someone to talk to, right? Well there's something I haven't told Lux and Jake and everyone else." Kyrie paused a moment. "My father and both my brothers are rebels. I'd always told everyone they were out fighting the war, but not which side they were on. I don't know. It's like I've always been lying to them." She wiped more tears out of her already red eyes. "I don't want to tell them since we're supposed to be killing rebels. I just don't want them to think I might side with the rebels or start passing them information. I mean if I keep going with this, we might end up blowing up a ship my dad or brothers are on." Kyrie sniffled and looked back at Sarah. "Do you think I should tell them?"

Sarah sat down on the metal floor of the airlock, behind Kyrie "I know," She said. She could see that Kyrie was confused. "Though I wasn't trying to read your mind when you boarded the ship, your mind was literally screaming about this, ever since you've been on board. I couldn't help but notice. I didn't want to make you feel uncomfortable, so I didn't say anything. I usually try not to think about the thoughts of other crewmen when they don't openly share with me, I don't want to be intrusive." She smiled. "My point is that I'm glad you feel that you can trust me, mind reading or not. If you told Jake and the others about this, I don't think they would react negatively. It would show bravery and courage that you were able to overcome your ways, and break away from the Rebel mindset. You were able to overcome the ideals you've been taught since birth, by joining the Federation. That takes strength. Strength like that is rare, and is something to be proud of."

"This is Fleet Commander Jake Collins to all hands. We have acquired new allies! We will depart as one group in about an hour. I expect everyone to be in position by that time, prepped for departure. We still have quite a few jumps before we reach the Exit, and a few sectors before we reach the border of the Abandoned Sector. This is gonna be a long, hard mission - best we get moving." Jake said into the radio. He turned to Lux. "Lux, I assume you'll be staying on Edens ship?" Jake asked.

"Ruwen ready for combat, I am ready to show the might of the Crystal Empire to those rebels" was heard on the comlinks, thankfully Jake's actual girlfriend the AI was able to download all the translation data and transfered it to all ships (sorry to control her just made sense for her to do that given the situation) so everyone could understand him

"Our systems are ago, your escort ship is ready to help" Bren said

Luxanna Jensen said that she would have to stay on Eden's ship if she was to learn more about "The Gift"
Then she went about the station carefully, checking out stores for medical supplies to be sent to the Robin (Eden had already sent her the medical data about the Pelican and supplies were adequate).
Considering what Eden is capable of and the... diet of her crew, I can see why they'd want to have some good medicines and supplements on hand, she thought to herself. She felt rather nervous about leaving the Robin for the cargo ship though. In any case though, after purveying the supplies and probably getting ripped off several times by a Slug or shrewd Human merchant, she made her way towards the Pelican's docking port.
The pirate in the kaleidoscopic coat was standing guard by the airlock. "Yer ready to go?" he asked.
Lux sighed and smiled "I guess so" she paged Jake to let him know that she would be onboard the cannibal ship.

The doctor expected the worst as she crossed from the pirate station service umbilical to the Pelican itself. She expected the walls to be painted in blood and skulls to be littered everywhere. After all, the cargo ship seemed to have been decorated with the bones of a small space whale, so why wouldn't it have more visceral interior decorating?
What she found however instead was that the interior was more like a ship that had been in operation for a long time with ash-covered, run-down walls flecked with bits of rust. A few deck plates were loose and/or scorched by blaster fire.
The life support systems seemed to be functioning, providing fresh enough air however they were very noisy; the vent covers kept rattling as pieces of debris would smack against them and the walls. The reactor itself was also rather loud, generating a low vibration across the ship as a whole.

"Expecting something more barbaric?" Eden laughed, appearing next to Lux, her stomach now flat "Blood doesn't make for good paint when it coagulates. Might as well be rust."
She offered the doctor an apple "Let's start small..."

Bosun Morgan stepped onto Jake's ship. "Fancy piece of hardware you got. I know a lot of people who'd pay top Scrap for the hull alone. Is Human Flesh programmed into the replicators?" he laughed "Or do you only have pork?"

Morgan is probably not going to have much in the way of action or dialogue. Eden probably will only have a much action as a "trainer"

Jake stepped into the new ship. "Home again," he sighed, crashing into the piloting chair.

He got on the comms, making an announcement to the crew of the new ship and the Robin. He explained everything - the cannibals, The Gift, the alliance, and Lux. Once everyone was up to speed, he clicked off of the comms.

"Hi Jake," Jake leapt to his feet from the sudden voice. It was only Sarah, who had appeared behind him. "Oh, Hi Sarah." He said, sinking back into the chair. "Lux is gone. On the Pelican. We're departing, soon. 'bout 30 minutes."

Suddenly, Sarah's calm smile grew into a face of horror. "No, we're departing now,"

"Why?" Jake asked.

"A Rebel Auto-Scout just jumped into the vacinity. A spatial disturbance is developing nearby,"

"You don't mean..."

"It's a Black Hole Induction weapon,"
