Very cool! I think this game deserves some fan art.
I've been dreaming up some T-shirt ideas myself
One of them is highly sarcastic: "FTL - The Quest for Fire Bombs" with a pic of the weapon icon

Whoa, I love both these pictures. What'd you make them in? They remind me a lot of Craig Mullins' art (one of my favorite Sci-fi artists...he did all the chapter screens for the Marathon trilogy, and some art for Halo and Fallout 3).

These are just beautiful. Someone said this already but you do a VERY good job with the background. The lighting in the painting on the OP is just. . . wow.
