Definitely not, if you look at it you will notice it has no weapons... Also it would be very boring, none of the weapons are in yet, sectors aren't changed, absolutely no custom events, and plenty of the Rebel events haven't even been changed yet. Thats just literally the first in game screenshot of the ships, nothing else.
Keep this weaponless ship as one called "Federation Peacemaker" (Read your "NEED EVENTS" thread)

i see you need someone to help with weapons(at the end of post), if you still need help, let me know, i know r4v3-0n was looking on my weapon creator, but it confused many people.

By the way, mod is still going. But if anybody would like to make some events for me it would be greatly appreciated. Thats my main problem.

Well, I've been unable to work on my mod lately (what with finals and all) and haven't gotten much work done. But if Otherspace was a prequel instead of a sequel, I would totally combine the mods (if you were okay with it, of course). I don't have too much done yet, but I have a ton of ideas. If we could reach some sort of agreement, I would love to help.
