Starting with "unless you can prove it by doing this, you're wrong", then turning to "you can't have done it legitimately, you must have cheated" when people point out that someone DID do exactly what you asked for is a pretty good example of willful ignorance.

yea math of twinge is correct, u want to convince me to not believe u again? lets not start nitpicking now, please just accept my message that it might appear as arrogance if u tell others how bad they play etc. not sure if thats needed. i took misssteps too (told reason, got frustrated) - sorry for that, and didnt claim to be above average player. but i played alot so i got my opinion about RNG - but ofc i know there are always players who push it over the top and get extreme skill.

Now what would the forum be like without heated exchanges about the true nature of luck and skill and their relation to each other?

im playing the game daily on hard +advanced edition and i've beaten it only twice but ive reached sector 7/8 many times, theres absolutely no skill besides some base skill which you obtain quite fast with some common sense, the rest is just luck. I facerolled the game 80 playthroughs ago and now i die in sector 3, wanna tell me that i got worse? nope the game is just a big bad joke
With weapon preigniter in sector 1 i still manage to die because in sector 3 where enemies are usually 1/2 shielded they decided to start spawning me 3shield + invisibility or zoltan enemies with 4 weapons and 2 missiles, good luck beating that. My problem isnt even my own survivability, its the fact that no matter what you do you can't break their shield because you're with starting weapons in sector 3, i didn't meet a better weapon in any store or in any encounter as i wanted to get one for my pre-igniter

you will not win 18 times in a row unless ,well ,one in a million as you said

I'm going to assume you simply don't know that you're talking to someone backed up his claim in a Live Stream.

I don't know. With the right ship, you may actually be able to do it. 10 I think is definitely doable. 18 might be pushing it, because you run into the "shield hacked in the asteroids" or "no actual route to the exit" cases eventually. I'm not sure I could play 18 games with the same ship in a row though. I may win the game, but I'd lose the war of my will to live.
