Edit: I changed both paths for C:\Users\Администратор\Documents\my games\fasterthanlight and it works! :D
Hej bamalf,
I think I should short explain how the program works.

You select the path of faster than light, where the savegame of the game are.
Second path, the "User Path" is the direction where the program create a folder called "Savegame", in this folder the program save the continue.sav. If you click load, it copy the selected file in the Savegame folder again back to the folder where FTL have its savegame.

If clicking Backup, the program is copying the "ae_prof.sav" and the "continue.sav" in the "User Path".
If clicking Restore is copy the files again back.

I don't recommend to use the folder from FTL for the program.
But if you want you can, the backup and restore function just not work.

I understand, you mean.
If you select "continue_xx.xx_xx.xx.xx.sav", there is on the side an text field where you can add a note and save it.
And if you select the file again, in the text field is the note again.

I hope I can upload today an new version, but at the moment I'm not sure the note function will be added today.

Thanks :)

After some hours of work, I have an new beta. You can download it here, and the changelog are here.
I added an updater.

Bamalf it could be you get an error message if starting the new, if yes I think it is something with the Cyrillic alphabet.
Can you please tell me if there is any problem? Thanks :)
