You can still call it a Destroyer, even a Federation Destroyer. Just give it a name. Say... The Defiant

Then have the name be Defiant and the class be Destroyer. Bammo, best of both worlds.

Just as long as it isnt exactly "Federation Destroyer".

Even Federation Destroyer Alpha, or Defiant as 5ht suggested would be enough. It would be confusing to have two mods with the exact same name.
