I just faced a problem during the tutorial on my iPad. I played with Russian localization and, at some step, I couldn't continue the tutorial because the "continue" button was beyond the screen.
I switch to English, and it helped to continue, but still, I don't think it's how things should work.
Tested on iPad Pro 2020 (11") and iPad 2017.
