FTL Profile Editor: “Error parsing FTL resources”

Postby PrismaHDS » Fri Apr 27, 2018 6:40 am

Hello Guys, I have a Problem whit my FTL Profile Editor.
Since I installed FTL Mods (listened at the bottom), every time I want to open the Profile Editor, it says: “Error parsing FTL resources”. I am using the newest version of both FTL and the Profile Editor (v27) and the mods were installed using the SlipstreamModManager_1.9.1 (all the mods are working fine).
Please help me fix this Problem ;)

Have you tried loading up a clean install of the game without any mods? Because maybe the profile editor is having trouble trying to understand the mod resources being used?

But it is my goal to use the FTL Profile Editor with the mods!

So let me get this straight - you want to edit your profile while mods are installed and it's not working.

I'm suggesting you turn the mods off, see if the profile editor starts working, then you do the changes you need to do. Then you put the mods back in.
If the profile editor is not working and you don't have any mods installed, then it's probably a bug and requires a different solution.
