Sound cutting/glitching bug?

My game's sound has been really weird lately. The music's been cutting off and making static noises every time a sound effect plays. It sounds like a second of static or buzzing, and I have no idea why. I'm using a Logitech G35 Headset, and this problem started to occur once i started using a Wacom Intuous small drawing pad. Help would be appreciated.
