In the Nesasio, I saved just as the Mini-beam was firing (SavedGames: 01, 02).
When I resumed, the red line that ought to emit from the weapon was instead coming from the upper-left corner (The projectile's Current and Previous Positions were (2.0, 2.0) ). The weapon still cut a swath of destruction across the nearby ship normally, and the next time it fired, the beam was drawn correctly.
This is probably just a cosmetic bug, but if saving interrupts projectile spawning in a way that affects other variables, that might be bad.
