Problem with Zoltan and weapon systems

Hello,
To best explain my issue here's my continue.sav: https://dl.dropbox.com/u/4037018/continue.sav
Zoltan at the weapons control. shows 1 energy bar yellow, also in the first weapon display. I have my fourth weapon online 4 energy bars, out of 1. I try to activate my third one, which costs 1 and i should be able to activate it, but says not enough system power. I take the Zoltan out the room so the bonus cancels, and now i can activate the third weapon.
Something's screwy.
Later edit: I understand now, it gives the power to the first weapon period, not the first active weapon. I still think this is a bit of a bug.
