Can't edit click on "Player Ship"

Can't edit click on "Player Ship"
I wanna try making my ship over powered but the only tabs I can click on are Dump, General, Sector Map, and State Vars. I did everything correctly and I'm currently using v22. I did the Saved Game tab then opened a continue.sav and from there I can't open the player ship tab. Am I missing something? Pls help out
