We have a mainframe, although every time Josh loads up a game, I lose a lot of data. He also complains that the AI in that keeps cheating. Should I reboot?

yes Make sure the AI is not "insane in the Mainframe" and do these simple steps after
Burn the Heretic
kill the Mutant
Purge the Unclean
and then break the mainframe
(heretics are those who do not warship the immortal God-Emporer)

Well Josh did download a virus... two of them. One is delightfully evil, the other keeps changing faces and I have no idea what it does. Maybe it doesn't worship the God-Emperor?
