If it makes you feel any better, on my first game I got the achievement for taking 5 hits in a row with a fully powered, fully upgraded engine.

How the hell did u manage to do that?
I have upgraded my engine to full at least 5 times now and I can never get that lucky (or unlucky) for 5 shots to hit.
Although fully upgraded engines are pretty OP, u can dodge so many missiles/lasers
Oh well, just have to keep trying.
