Homage to Sundog?

I kept thinking about how the Kestral reminded me of the Sundog on my old Atari ST in the 80's. It just occured to me that Sundog was created by FTL Games. Coincidence?

Nice! I'm tempted to create an edited Kestrel sprite that is closer to the Sundog, now!

Holy crap talk about nostalgia! Thank you for posting that blast from the past! I remember looking at that ship for hours and hours as a kid.
