I have to say, after so many losses to get there, the flagship fights were pretty epic.
How many others have cleared the game since launch? I did this on Normal mode.

I keep hearing the Engi Cruiser is supposed to be the easiest one to use, but I managed to finish this run with the Rock Cruiser. Many perils and close calls were to be had, and I think the key to any Rock Cruiser run is replacing the missiles with anything else before you run out of ammo...

And yeah, winning the game with an Engi cruiser is a bit too easy. We need some sort of hard mode for us Defense II, Shield III, 2x Ion II dudes.
