sometimes, you get a little too OP

So, i'm playin the kestrel. heres my loadout
lvl 4 shields
2 burst lasers mk. 2
1 heavy laser mk. 2
1 ion bomb
drone recovery arm
drone control. (i can have either defence or beam drone up)
automated re-loader
weapon pre-igniter
teleporter (gold fighting mantis & rockman)
whats your most op moment?
somehow i did all this with only collecting 1500 scrap.

I somehow managed to get 3 burst laser 2's and 1 bust laser 3.

Also 2 pegasus missile launchers.

My best was 2 burst laser 2's, a heavy laser 1 and a halberd beam. All with cloaking and using the kestrel B

My best was on the Kestrel: 2 burst laser mk2 and a glaive beam with a weapon pre igniter and 2 automated reloaders. I also had 2 antiship Mk2 drones and cloaking level 3.
I had 6 zoltan, and a rockman+crystal anti-boarding crew/pilot. The only minor vulnerability is that I never upgraded shields beyond 2, and that 6 zoltan are remarkably fragile during boarding actions.
Of course, without 6 zoltan I couldn't have powered all my guns and drones, which prevented the flagship from getting more than a single shot off (Which missed).

Using Kestrel1 managed 4 burst2 with 3 autoloaders. 4 zoltans 2 mantis engie and slug

Once I was flying the Zoltan B and had the following:
Glaive Beam
Burst laser MK2
Burst laser MK2
Fire Beam

Level 8 weapon control
Level 4 shields
Level 8 engines
Level 3 doors
Level 3 sensors
Level 2 selm
Level 3 cloak
Level 2 medbay
Dronebay with a beam drone and anti-personel drone

Max level reactor

Crew: 6 zoltan, 1 engi, 1 human

-Zoltan overshield
-Weapon pre-igniter
-Scrap recovery arm

This run was insanely lucky, Glaive beam for sale in sector 2, sold the pike beam right away along with a drone I found. Then I bought a fire beam and used the ion blasts to drop the shields and kill the crew with fire. :twisted: One burst laser I bought, the other I got from a beacon avoiding smuggler. 2 of the Zoltan were hired at a shop, and the third joined my crew after being rescued from slavers. Engi from the space horses and the human from a mantis escape pod.

Everything died so fast after getting those burst lasers, it was hilarious.
