It's pretty easy to find 2 shots for 2 power. 3 shots for 3 power is also out there, and of course there are the elite 3 for 2 weapons.
Contrast this to beams. Heavy damage but need to get past shields, or at least most layers for halberd.
Has anyone done a win rate comparison with shot only loadouts vs with halberd? I'm wondering if the power cost of beams might be safer allocated to more shots even if the kill takes longer.192.168.0.1 routerlogin 192.168.l.l

Yes. The two shot affix basically makes the gun act like you pulled the trigger twice, so all the guns parts apply. There is something about the damage on the second shot being not affected by perks or something though. I'm not remembering the exact details right now.
