[Pilots] More Generic Pilots

Whenever you start a new game, you're given two generic pilots from the various islands. They're always the same ones.
What this mod simply does is adds 4 more generic pilots; they're recolours of the old pilots but I figured that it might spruce up a game a little bit before you sell 'em for a proper pilot like say Ralph

Aaand updated! There's more recolours available and a new Generic Pilot, the Pinnacle Human. It's like the Pinnacle pilot except doesn't use the brackets when speaking.

Updated the mod to take into account for mods like Hive War, Into The Wild and Kartoflane's Mission Pack... so now the Pinnacle Human doesn't miss out

You don't need Hive War to use this mod, just that I finally got around to updating the dialogue for the Pinnacle Human.
