[GFX] Rift Walkers Loading Bar V 2.0

This mod replaces the loading bar in vanilla ITB with a loading bar that reveals the image of the rift walkers and vek, much in the same manner as the loading bar in the FTL mod UI Overhaul and Graphics Mod.
How to use
1. Download KartoFlane's Mod Manager.
2. Extract the .zip file into the /mods folder
3. To activate the mod, launch the game and activate the mod from within the game.
4. Any subsequent launches of the game with the mod activated will show the new loading bar.
