[Bug?] Nanobots and teleporters don't harmonize

I just ran into the issue that if I kill something (in this case the cocoon) and end up getting teleported, the nanobots don't heal me:

Nevermind, I just realized that cocoons simply don't refill health.
Which still makes me wonder - is that on purpose? I guess it's not an active enemy unit but still...
