They're not an actively attacking enemy unit yet, but I think they should count for the heal.
(Also mentioned in this thread, but that's about teleporters.)

This also applies for Blobs from the Blobber. If this is intended behaviour, then I think these units should have a different colour of health. Maybe grey or something, to indicate they count as non-units.

It is intended. We discussed it a lot in the beta. I can see giving them an indicator about it, but can't agree that they should count. It would make those goals way too easy.
