Forum design update

We've updated the design of the forum:

• New header image
• Developer and Admin username colors changed to be easier to read
• Slightly darker background color

As always, please let me know if anything isn't behaving properly or if there is anything I can to do make things better.

Make the forum font selectable, and have one of the options be the FTL ingame dialog font.

Yes. Also, a FTL dialog-like skin for the forum would be great.

You can make the font little bigger in size, and the theme is way too dark it could be little lighter rest is perfect.

The design looks good, but I would remove the black color for something lighter.
