Where Is the Data For the Crew Names?

I was browsing through the game files today, trying to find the file that told the game how to generate crew names. However, in the end I could not find it. So I question, where in the world is it?
I am not looking for a file that tells what the names of the crew members I currently have are. I am trying to find the file that it pulls names from to choose what the randomly generated crew members you find throughout the game are called.
Does anyone know?
EDIT: Apparently, I forgot my eyes at home, since it's very obviously named names.xml.
