Problems: The 2.0.1 32 bit gives me superluminal 2.0.0 and the notification gives me a 64 bit but nothing else.

No images appear at all.

@agigabyte
Just checked Win-32, it's definitely 2.0.1, so I dunno what's up here... Also, what notification are you talking about? The one telling you to download a different version?
Generally, more info would be nice -- or perhaps a screenshot if it's difficult to describe :/

hello! sorry if this seems a little bit to needy, but ive tried everything to get my ship working- saving all the images as 32 bit pngs, getting the new 2.01 beta, all the stuff. but when i load the ship in the game, its all black- and what i notice was that when i switch show rooms on and off, the black area changes, its like the game isnt seeing the images correctly, also sometimes when i load the ship the rooms and messed up, with the lower half moved around and some rooms clipping over eachother in the top left corner. is it ok if i send you the ship images via PM or attachment and please bugfix them? im sorry if this is a bit too needy, but i really want to get this ship to work, and ive tried everything.

Sure thing, I'll take a look -- however, you need to have at least 10 posts in order to be able to send private messages.
Either way, I think the black box issue can be fixed by just giving the ship a floor image, as I said earlier... The room clipping is puzzling, though.

well, i think i gave it a floor image, like a actual selected fully transparent "image" but you may mean like a real image like with the ingame ships. but i think the room clipping isnt that bad, i think it only happens when you patch a shipmod and the look at the ship in the superluminal before running ftl i think, but it could be all the time. it didnt happen when i loaded up my ship in superluminal, so thats good. but ill try sending the pm if i have enough posts sent. if not, ill see if i can just attach it to a post.

Still not sure what your problem is. When you click "No" button, you should be able to use the editor normally. "Yes" would take you to the sourceforge download page.
The notification dialog doesn't list changes made since the version you're currently using, which was implemented in beta8... So I guess you haven't updated in a while?

When you update, make sure that you actually replace the superluminal2-win.jar file. The .exe files are only launchers for the .jar.

Just wondering but how do you insert the ship into the game?

The editor saves the ships in .ftl format -- just install them like any other mod, via SMM

Can you still not move the glow images? That crap is annoying as hell lol.
