[MOD] Wavemakers -- A new form of weaponry

This mod adds new wave-based weaponry in the form of 7 new weapons of 3 different wave types -- electromagnetic, gravitational, and thermal. The wave projectiles travel almost instantaneously and inflict different effects on their targets.

Electromagnetic Waves: Deal ion damage, with a small stun chance.
Gravitational Waves: Deal system and crew damage, with a medium breach chance. Ignore shields.
Thermal Radiation: Starts fires. Lots of fires.

Uses the standard .ftl structure and should be compatible with any other mods.
Tested and runs correctly on Slipstream

Ion Surge Mark I
Strong anti-shield weapon, dealing up to 3 ion damage. Can technically self-stack ion damage if your shots don't miss. The spread makes it less effective against other systems.

Ion Surge Mark II
Extremely strong shieldbuster, dealing up to 6 ion damage, and potentially self-stacking if you don't miss much. The spread makes it less effective against other systems.

Stun Chance: 30%
Cooldown: 22s

Ion Oscillator
Similar to the Ion Surge Mark I, but trading firing rate for accuracy and sequential shots, making it better at disabling other vital systems, even through a shield layer.

Gravity Gavel
Fires strong gravity waves in a tight spread, crippling vital systems even through enemy shields. If you have the patience to fully charge the gun, it can turn a room into swiss cheese.

Higgs Hammer
This diabolical device fires a huge gravity wave that passes right through a ship's shield and hull, wreaking havoc across a wide swath of the interior. The enemy crew will be so busy fixing breaches and repairing systems they'll hardly be able to fight back.

Thermal Pulser
Rapidly charges infrared pulses to start fires on the enemy ship. The more shots that hit a room, the more fires it starts.

Flare Cannon
This horrifying weapon carries the power of a sun. It's designed to flash fry entire ships, and cruel enough to be banned under the Federation. If your other weapons can create an opening in the enemy shields, you can turn their ship to ash.
