16 second cooldown
Fairly long length
3 power
Fast speed
Slow firing anim.

Cemes Missile:
Fires 2 shots
1 damage each
2 power
15 second cooldown
Has low chances of every hull effect.

Both of these weapons can be found in stores.

Artillery:
Railgun:
Fires 3 shots
Each do 2 ion damage and 2 hull damage
Has a low breach chance.
