My second mod, basically this ship was designed to stop an enemy and then board the ship. It was a combination job of federation mantis colonies and engi, working together to help stop the rebellion. Armed with a prototype ion chain gun can they stop the menace that is the rebellion?

Change Log: Starts now with only one ion chain vulcan, reduced ion damage and fire chance. Still awesome though. Thanks guys in the discord for the advice on what to change.
