I don't know what needs to be changed, although maybe an airlock or two might be nice. But that would require Door Control though so yeah I dunno, I guess I'm not good with boarding ships that are vulnerable to enemy boarding operations.

In my two CE runs I got hurt pretty bad, though I made it to sector 6 where I died from a nebula event and a heavily equipped slug ship. I think you just have to try and stock up on crew early (Pretty cheaty but I just restarted until I got the spare mantis event first try), avoid sectors that'll feature boarding ships more commonly, and also have a little bit of luck. It would probably be more beatable on easy.

I didn't really balance the ship for CE in the first place because I mostly play vanilla with some graphic and ship mods, but its not impossible to win with in CE by any means. It is significantly more difficult, but hey, that's what CE is for in the first place.

These days though, I see Captain's Edition as more of a "sideways" difficulty and not actually "one level higher" in difficulty as people think.
Sure the encounters can have stronger weapons and the Flagship isn't a joke with all its connected rooms and such, but it still feels like Normal when I play Normal.

Added a type B to the ship, it may still be fairly unbalanced. I also added some minor changes to graphics as well.

It should as long as you load it last. I haven't tested it though, and it isn't designed to be balanced for either. It won't ruin your game or anything though if you want to give it a shot.

So far the only bug I've found is the lack of manning system in the Door Subsystem.
If you are running FTL CE endless it's ok since you upgrade the subsystem up to the point where you don't need anyone inside.

I don't see a spot where one can man the station. No keyboard or screen. Maybe it's an intended feature?

Whoops, it seems I forgot to add that. Its probably not too important right now, so I'll put off patching it until I can add a type C.

Why does the Medbay have only 1 room? The Engi ships with 2 squares Medbay have both spots available for healing...
I don't have the Clonebay, but there it would be ok to have room only for 1 crew member.
