[Ship][Weapon] The Zoltan Mystic

The Zoltan Mystic

Plan:
This ship is very hard to play with just its 'Riot Cannon' which does 0 damage but 40 personnel damage and has minimal ion damage.
Its upside is that the ship has a Zoltan shield, a drone control and a anti-personnel drone by default
It does come with a level 2 scanners so you can see where their crew are.
We recommend that you try and purchase a secondary weapon to fight auto-ships as they are un-defeat-able

I hope you like it and improvements would be welcomed

    If this really is a "Working Mod" you may want to post an actual download link instead of just putting your mod name between url tags. Try uploading the file to a filesharing site like dropbox and posting the sharing link here so that people can actually try it. You may also want to actually post some screenshots to encourage people to try it.

    It's a pretty neat ship, but the Riot Cannons are insanely powerful.

    Damage done to personnel is multiplied by 15 to scale them with hull/system damage. A basic laser would deal 15 damage to crew, a heavy laser would deal 30 damage to crew, and the 4-damage anti-bio beam does 60 damage to crew.

    With a personnel damage value of 40... Your Riot Cannons does 600 damage to crew. Not even a rockman can take a hit from that!

    A value of 2 or 3 personnel damage would probably be more reasonable, and I'm assuming that you intended for it to actually do around 40 damage per shot, not instantly destroy any person it hits.

    I guess, but with two of them and triple burst damage, it's enough to slaughter enemy crew anyways.

    If you really wanted to leave it as an insta-kill weapon, 10 damage would probably be sufficient without seeming arbitrary, or you could be over the top and give it 5000 crew damage.
