Even if we agree that base is under attack at the moment (I always though otherwise, but it's a head-canon thing anyway), I doubt you want the guns pointed at *your own* troops ;) Even waiting for boarders, you would rather have them held in more comfortable position - otherwise, when the boarders actually get there, your aim will be one of famous stormtroopers marksmanship academy (try holding even plastic gun in aim position for a minute without purpose, then check how much your "muzzle wander" increased - and multiply it by 5 for real gun's weight). Not to mention the "don't point at anything that you don't want to shoot at" rule ;)

Or it's just me - but it really seems (to me) like they're keeping fed troops at pointed end. Otherwise, spectacular work!

Mediafire's captcha isn't working at all for me and so I can't download some of these. I got everything else but the music addon and the BPaP compatibility patch and I really want them, but I can't. Can I get an alternate download?

When I go to the page there are no captchas required to download those mod components. You might not be clicking on the right link. I recommend installing Addblock Plus for clearing up the site: https://adblockplus.org/

I downloaded the other ones quickly and mediafire then thought that I was a bot. So it put the captcha there but it doesn't load up and just keeps telling me to reload the page.

Indeed, mediafire fires up captcha after few downloads in row. Solution- clear up your cookies and use adblock or noscript. Or wait 'till tomorrow ;)

Game refused to give me a store the entire sector.

To make matters worse, the game gave me a pre-igniter as a reward and I had a drone recovery arm with a scatter drone (the one that shoots the green lasers) as well.

Still, I'm not mad or anything, just another one of those moments where the game just goes : "You know what, I've been way to generous on you, time to die."
Good stuff. Not even sarcastic. :lol:

Also, Sleeper, if you're reading this : I've been recently been using some CE weapons in my ship mods. Pretty sure that's fine on your end, but I ended up using the Peryton missile weapon and when I went to look for the animations for that weapon, I found two sets :

You can use any CE assets as long as you give credit for it. I integrated an animated version of the Peryton graphic at some point and left the old data in. The 8-frame version is the one currently in use.

Not as bitter as some of the stuff CE on hard difficulty is throwing at me ;) . Loving it.
Thanks for the clarification though, and yes, I always give credit when I know who to credit...

Wishing you luck Bio, watched your LP's of CE Hard. Some nice usage of trading system, those videos should be shown to any whimsy that complain "trade is useless".
