medbay: lvl 4 provide 5x healing boost
shields: max up to 12 power with 6 layers
weapons: Up to 12 lvls
drones: Up to 10 lvls
sensors: on lvl 4 you can see enemy power use without manning crew
doors: lvl 4 provide Auto Super Blast Doors
clonbay: new Lvl 4 provide full heal after jump and 0 sec cloning
backup battery: Up to 16 extra energy.

requires Slipstream Mod Manager
copy "Advanced System Upgrades.ftl" to \FTL Faster Than Light\mods
activate with Slipstream Mod Manager (should be the last mod in Slipstream)

This game is unable to be disabled once installed on your game. As it changes the core code of the game. I have tried everything and am only able to remove this mod by reinstalling the entire game. While it is pretty fun, it is annoying to be unable to get rid of the mod when you want to through slipstream like every other mod.

Edit: I have reinstalled the game and it is still broken. I don't know what you did but you have successfully cursed my game
