I guess they're intentionally disabled on boss. Otherwise they'd reveal that boss cheats and it's weapons take only 1 energy. Maybe there is a technical limit on reactor, so they couldn't just give the boss 50 power (which would seem fair for such a large ship) I don't see a problem with boss havin...

I think that's definitely a glitch. In all my playthrough, ANY damage to the Medbay caused them to send crew to fix it.
Although I've never caused a breach in medbay before. The AI may have prioritize keeping their crew oxygenated versus fixing a destroyed medbay.

If you thought those phases were hard, wait until phase 3! 4 Shields with a Zoltan Shield, A 12 shot laser or Zoltan Shield Heal Surge Weapon, AND THEY START TELEPORTING THE CREW OVER! I like it, but 90% evade is way too much. It could probably be balanced by allowing no shield system though. Then again, Beams would wreck it. The 90% evade only happens when you have max engine and max skilled crew in helm and engine. It does sort of need that 90% evade to compensate its reduced h...

I like the idea.
Manning Drone System can confer the following benefits to the drones:

Attack Drone/Hull Repair Drone: +X% Movement Speed (associated with its RoF).
Defense Drone: +X% Rate of Fire
Boarding Drone/Anti-Personnel Drone: +X% Damage
Repair Drone: +X% Repair rate

What else am I missing?
