[Suggestion] Sensor Ion Cooldown Icons

When you have Sensor 3, you can see they other ships power distribution... but when you hit them with Ion (alot of ion) all the Icons get changed to timers so you don't really know what you're looking at...

Can we get the cooldown timer to either be transparent or be place in a different location?

Does ion reset the timers? Seems like it should.
