Faster than Sound!

Introduction
electricz0ltan and I have been working on a new Total Conversion for FTL, FTS, or Faster Than Sound, to bring the modern day into FTL.

Features
FTS includes only the F-22 Raptor for the Kestrel A and the F-35 Lightning for the Kestrel B. The title screen background has been changed, Sector names changed (except for the first), and music for some sectors have been replaced with the national anthem of their respective sectors. Also, beginning sector events have been changed

To do:
Replace crew sprites
Change background to clouds, air, etc. (if anyone has any good background please feel free to post them here )
change boss to a building, soviet base
rewrite events

Download:
This is the ALPHA version, which means there will be a lot of bugs
Please report as many bugs as possible to improve this mod and help it move into beta stage!
(Alpha --> Beta --> Release Candidate --> Release)

Ok first off, the mod is good...one major problem...the music, ok while it is nice to act comically american (you know like Stan Smith in the first season of American dad) the music just gets irritating way too fast for my liking, so mind having a mod next to the current build with just the regular music, that way you can pick your preference. Just food for thought as for me, I can't do a lets play with that music, it would distract me, and most likely my audience a bit too much (no offense)

When you upload an attachment pic you have will see a new link that says "include". When you click it, the attachement will be added to the post at the position of the cursor. This will make the images scrollable.

As for mod development... if a mod has no links yet or is not playable, then it belongs in mod dev. If it's downloadable and playable then it can be posted in the Working mods section.

You could do it really easily by renaming the FTS.ftl file to FTS.zip, open it up, and delete the audio folder and the sounds.xml.append.
