**spoilers** upgrade/equiement unlocked events

There are many possible unlock-able event related to upgrades/equipment. I dont know all of them but these might people others playing thought. I am sorting by upgraded and equiment rather than event as there are lots of events. Please add any others you know.

Systems:

Shields: *unknown*

Engines: *unknown*

Oxygen: *unknown*

Weapon Control: *unknown*

Drone Control: *unknown*

Med bay upgrade to level 2:
When find a survivor on a planet with a questionably mental state you can bring him to the Med bay and heal them and they wont kill or blow up your ship

Crew Teleporter:
lets you teleport out crew of damage ships
lets you teleport slaves out
catch-up with federation ships who are trying to hid in a nebulas
Lets you teleport past a drone to station to avoid detection

Stealth:
Lets you slip away from events

SUB SYSTEMS:
Piloting
Upgraded to level 2:
When being ambushed in asteroid field you have a chance to get out of the asteroid field before fighting

Sensors
Upgraded to level 2:
When out of fuel you can search the sector rather than searching randomly
Lets you access long range stations without fighting drone (i did this at level 3 so I don't know if it will work at level 2)

Doors

Weapons

Drones

Repair drone: lets you repair damage ships in asteroid fields

Defense drone mk1:lets you shield there way out of the asteroid field

Short grep in game data lists that there are these requirements:
777x means that there is 777 requirements for this item in the files. Otherwise there is only one.

Crew member:
3x Mantis crew member.
Slug crew member.
5x Engi crew member.
Rockman crew member.

Stations:
Teleporter lv 2.
7x Teleporter
6x Cloaking
Sensors lv 1.
8x Sensors lv 3.
4x Medbay lv 2.
2x Medbay lv 3.
Engines lv 3.
3x Engines lv 4.
Engines lv 5.
Engines lv 6.
3x Pilot lv 2.
3x Weapons lv 6.

Drones:
2x Anti-Personnel Drone
Boarding Drone

I am sorry JanoS I don't understand what's 777 requirements means? is the list of possible item which can trigger events from the game files?

I think he means that number in front of the x is the number of different events that the item is needed for..

for example there is one event the Rockman crew member is need to trigger, however there are 3 events that need a Mantis crew member to trigger..

I was confused at first.. I thought he meant there were 777 event triggers..
Weapons Officer "Aww do we really NEED 02 and Medbay? I want more weapon power"
Shields and Engine Officers "Yeah we want more power!"


Pilot (aka Captain) "Will you babies get back to work!"

I apologize for confusion.

What I wanted to say is that if there is "8x" in front of something, that means there is 8 encounters that check for this condition. Otherwise there is only one.

Also, some of the encounters can be disabled (Hint: Slug home world, Rock home world, etc.), but I still list them.

and I got 3 options 1) to ignore them. 2) to be insulted and attack and third) a blue option to make my rockman talk to them and lead them out of the nebula. The after action text said they didn't know what to make of me but transported some goods over as compensation anyway.

These sectors are not implemented yet, they were just an example. What you listed is indeed the only encounter that requires a Rockman.

I had a blue option from what I believe was Level 6 Weapons:

It was one of those quests to make a delivery to a station on someone's behalf. They said I was late and weren't going to pay full price. The choices were (might be wrong order):

1. Accept their crappy price.
2. Say you won't give it to them if they won't pay full price.
3. (blue) Say nothing but power on your weapons system.

:D Made them realize they should pay full price.
