You can't alter torrents once they're up and running, no. That would change the hash and all existing seeds would be rejected. Just make new torrents for each update, it's no big deal unless you make new releases twice a day or something. That said, any existing files (like the EL texture pack, that hasn't changed in a long time) will just rehash clientside and don't need to be redownloaded. You can even keep all old versions of the files in new torrents so people that might want to use older versions for whatever reason can pick and choose.

Ah ok, fixed now (read somewhere you can remove everything after the first &, didn't realize that removes tracker information).

Not sure what's wrong with it now, it just says "downloading" in my client but no progress. As in, it's trying to download the initial state, which would be the .torrent file itself. Other magnet links work just fine, in a few seconds at most if it's huge.
Are you by chance only seeding from a laptop or home computer and turning it off at night?

Yes, as mentioned before and in the OP i can't seed 24/7. My seed will only be up during daytime/afternoon (CET timezone).

Hey I have a problem running endless loot for standard. So my mod order is this:

-Random Flagship
When I run the game without the 2 endless loot addon parts, it runs fine with no visual glitches
However when I try to run those two I get this:

My game stops loading at at about 90% through and freezes. I have Endless loot disabled and the mod order is:

Since the newest update of FTL, 1.68, you no longer need the artillery crash fix. It is probably what is causing the problem.
Also, there appears to be a bug in infinite space.
If you let the rebels overrun the exit beacon in infinite, usually you get prompted with the "Oh noes, teh rebels got here first but it doesn't matter because you auto-jump when you reach the exit in infinite space."
However, in the latest game I've played, it instead defaulted to a regular exit beacon instead, allowing me to jump straight to the next sector instead of choosing between advancing or grinding.
