UI Menu Glitch: Configure Controls

While in a game perform the following actions:

->'Esc'
->OPTIONS
->CONFIGURE KEYBOARD HOTKEYS
->Click on the second, third or fourth tab
->'Esc'
->'Esc'
->OPTIONS
->CONFIGURE KEYBOARD HOTKEYS
->Click on the tab you clicked on previously.

You will find that the tab you clicked on previously is stuck in the wrong state, and cannot be clicked on anymore, or the page visited.

If you instead exit the hotkeys menu using the 'close' button on screen, you will not encounter this bug.

The pages that have glitched will be unavailable to you until you restart the game.

I am on the Steam beta branch using Windows 10 Pro Version 1709 Build 16299.98

Is this with the new patch ( 1.6.1 ) or with the current version ( 1.5.13 )?
