Game Wont Start No Matter What

ok so i keep on trying to reload the game as i have redownloaded it, reinstalled it, everything and i bought it on steam but it wont start it says something about a debugging ill give you a screenshot could you guys give me some options like a brand new file or a debugger or something if you need any more info just comment on this forum thank you also heres the image link
